New housing is coming to the corner of Collins & Geary.
Permits have been filed for an eight-story infill project at 228 Collins Street in the Inner Richmond, right at the corner of Geary Boulevard. The plan invokes the State Density Bonus law to add 38 apartments, with parking for 11 cars and 38 bicycles. Kerman Morris Architects is handling the design.
